After 18 years of ownership, we made the decision to sell our townhouse. While I had never worked with Sheryle before, she had come highly recommended. It took very little time to get comfortable with Sheryle and Jan. We mapped out a plan as I would not be able to put the townhouse on the market for a couple of months for a variety of reasons. We kept in touch, and when it was time to start moving we met and laid out a very good plan. Sheryle's expertise was apparent from the start. I followed her recommendations on renovations and it immediately paid dividends when we put it on the market. Throughout the purchase and sale agreement there were some hurdles to overcome, and Sheryle went above and beyond to make sure everything stayed on schedule. In the end, all of the decisions we made paid off. It is nice when a plan comes together as you expect. Sheryle was amazing to work with and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy and or sell a home.
